The article presents the results of a pilot study of economic attitudes of young people — representatives of indigenous peoples of the Arctic zone (hereinafter — youth). The authors of the article used a multivariate questionnaire developed by O. S. Deineka and E. V. Zabelina as the main methodological tool to carry out the express diagnostics of economic attitudes. As a result, the article presents the structure of economic attitudes of youth. In addition, using a factor analysis, the authors found four fundamental factors that should be considered as types of economic consciousness, but only one of them is financially confident and literate. The other three types are experiencing difficulties with knowledge in the field of economics, which can lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment of young people in this field in the future. In conclusion, there are general conclusions and trends characterizing the tendency of young people from the indigenous peoples of the Arctic zone to passive, safe, and non-risky financial strategies
The content-analysis of the Russian federal and regional basic legislation on the cultural policy has indicated a need in a deep revision of all existing regulatory legal acts, which support the state cultural policy implementation towards building a universal terminology and vesting the functions on the cultural policy implementation in the government as opposed to the statement of the departmental specific approach to the culture.
The article attempts to identify relevant methodological and practical approaches to the research of Soviet and post-Soviet periods in the history of children's literature in the languages of the indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East and its role in preserving these peoples' original habitat and sustainable socio-cultural development. The article states that the analysis of classical and modern Russian research of this subject reveals the writers' inadequate attention to children's literature as an integral part of literature in general. In conclusion the author outlines general conclusions and probable trends in the development of children's literature in the indigenous minorities' languages in modern socio-cultural situation.The research is performed within the frame of the project "Creation of a corpus of texts for children in native languages (Evenk, Nenets, Nganasan, Dolgan)
The article attempts to reveal the transformation of the role of religion in preserving the traditional way of life of the Evenki ethnos from 1930s to 2000s in the northern regions of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, as well as its reflection in the education system and in traditional culture (folklore, visual arts, decorative and applied art). The article notes that the analysis of domestic and foreign studies of the culture and religion of the Evenki confirms the validity of appealing to an interdisciplinary type of research. The subject of the research is the traditional and non-traditional religious movements embodied in the culture and life of the Evenki ethnos. Observation, analytical-descriptive method, including the analysis of individual elements of the development of the Evenk traditional culture, followed by generalization of the data, as well as comparative historical and dialectical methods are used to solve the research problems. Moreover, among the main research methods, philosophical and art history analysis of art works of the Evenki is actively used. The conclusion indicates general outputs and tendencies characterizing the current state of the embodiment of religious trends in culture, education and everyday life of the Evenki ethnos
