Registro em prontuário de crianças e a prática da integralidade

Abstract: RESUMOTendo o princípio da integralidade como um dos aspectos fundamentais na qualidade da atenção prestada à saúde, elegeu-se o registro em prontuário como indicador de sua expressão na prática.
