Research of Single-Particle Compression Ratio and Prediction of Crushed Products and Wear on the 6-DOF Robotic Crusher

Abstract: In order to reduce wear and increase crushing efficiency of the 6-DOF (degree of freedom) robotic crusher, the maximum single-particle compression ratio function of the granular material and the wear model of the mantle liner under eccentric compression are established. The function and model take into account the influence of crusher parameters and granular material parameters on maximum single-particle compression ratio, which is simulated by EDEM and obtained under different conditions. Combined with previo… Show more

“…At present, the research on biomass crushing is related to the fact that the research object is quite different from Jun-Cao. On the other hand, the research is focused on the hammer structure [17][18][19][20][21], model prediction [22], flow field analysis [23] and properties analysis [24][25][26], and the analysis of the force model in the crushing process is relatively vague.…”

“…Li et al [23] examined the functional relationship between liner wear and cone crusher structure parameters by simulating the crushing process of different-shaped particles. Duan et al [24] simulated the crushing process of a single particle in a cone crusher, calculated the wear amount on the liner at each stage of the life cycle, and compared the results with the experimental data of the Ansteel Group. Although existing models have allowed for extensive research to be conducted on the wear mechanism of metal planes and the performance of certain analyses on the wear law of the crushing chamber;, there have been no investigations into adjustments to worn crushing chambers based on the particular structure of the cone crusher.…”
