This study aims to examine the relationship between the local wisdom of the Saprahan tradition of the Malay community in Sambas Regency which has the potential as a vehicle for Civics learning resources. This is based on the fact that the local wisdom of the Saprahan tradition reflects good values as a guide to behavior so that it will be very interesting if this unique and appropriate cultural phenomenon is explored as a learning resource, especially in Civics learning. Citizenship Education (PKn) is a subject that has an important position and contributes to the development of the character and character of the nation's children. This is in line with the objectives of Civics in the 2006 KTSP, which is a subject whose main purpose is focused on forming citizens who understand and are willing to carry out their rights and obligations, when these are fulfilled properly they are expected to become Indonesian citizens who are delegated according to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, namely skilled, intelligent and character citizens. The research method uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic studies. This research was conducted in Bakau Village, Jawai District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using reduction, presentation and drawing a conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the local wisdom of the Saprahan tradition has values that reflect the three main components of Civics, namely civic knowledge, civic skills, and civic disposition. It is hoped that through the values contained in the Saprahan tradition, it becomes one of the sources of learning through the environment in enriching a Civics learning material at school.

This study endeavours to scrutinize civic education grounded in indigenous wisdom to amplify civic dispositions in the era of digital 4.0. Through the prism of political integration, civic dispositions emerge as a pivotal constituent in propelling integrative conduct conducive to racial amalgamation and the amalgamation of the elite with the broader populace. The research methodology employed herein melds a comprehensive literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings of this inquiry proffer evidence that implementing civic education informed by indigenous wisdom can augment the civic dispositions of the nation's rising generation in the digital 4.0 epoch. Formulating citizenship resources and didactic materials founded on local knowledge elevates citizenship attitudes in the digital 4.0 milieu. The cultivation of exemplary civic character exerts a profound influence on good citizens. The cultivation of integrative societal behaviours holds the potential to culminate in the establishment of a potent national culture.

Meskipun Pendidikan Kewarganegraan (PKn) sudah lama diimplementasikan dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Tetapi tidak semua orang mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana perjalanan PKn sepanjang berdirinya Indonesia. Padahal dengan mengetahui sejarah PKn dalam kurikulum di Indonesia, pengambil kebijakan dapat menganalisis berbagai kelemahan sebelumnya. Dengan mengetahui kelemahan-kelemahan PKn dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia, pengambil kebijakan dapat melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan sejarah perjalanan PKn dalam kurikulum di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan, bahwa sejarah perjalanan PKn dalam kurikulum di Indonesia dapat diketahui dari kurikulum yang berlaku di Indonesia mulai dari tahun 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, dan 2004, 2006 dan 2013. Kemudian pada tahun 2020 muncul perubahan kurikulum terbaru, yaitu kurikulum merdeka dengan platform merdeka belajar.
