Training has a major impact on organizational commitment. Organizational objectives can be met by executing several training strategies and programs to enhance training. Organizational training aimed at developing employees' knowledge and skills. It shall enable employees to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. Two goals and seven practices of the organizational training process area in the capability maturity model integration (CMMI) framework are analyzed through this study. That's done to set common measures for organizational training. CMMI is a framework for assessing and improving software systems. The researcher implemented the Goal Questions Metrics (GQM) model on two objectives and seven specific practices of the organizational training process area in CMMI. That's done to set measures.The researcher confirmed that the defined measures are the true measure for each one of the seven specific practices.

Problems are ever‐present in nearly all engineered systems. A Systems Engineering Problem Management Process (SEPMP) has been proposed, and this research presents empirical evidence to support its validity. In order to evaluate the SEPMP, which uses a risk management style matrix to monitor problem timeliness and impact, it is necessary to determine the importance of communicating these components of the SEPMP model. A correlation and regression analysis is employed using existing empirical problem data and an analysis including communication of impact and timeliness components as independent variables. The dependent variable is the effectiveness of problem management, modeled as a measurement of the problem timeliness, implemented process improvements, training completed, and process delay as a result of the problem. Communication of timeliness and communication of impact are demonstrated to be significantly predictive of effective problem management. Finally, a plan for continued research is presented, including suggested future analyses to include additional empirical research and case studies of the implementation of a comprehensive problem management process, all of which may encourage acceptance of the SEPMP as a standard systems engineering tool.

Computer information project planning is one of the most important activities in the modern software development process. Without an objective and realistic plan of software project, the development of software process cannot be managed effectively. This research will identify general measures for the specific goals and its specific practices of Project Planning Process Area in Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). CMMI is developed in USA by Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in Carnegie Mellon University. CMMI is a framework for assessment and improvement of computer information systems. The procedure we used to determine the measures is to apply the Goal Questions Metrics (GQM) approach to the three specific goals and its fourteen specific practices of Project Planning Process Area in CMMI.
