At present, there are widespread financing difficulties in China's trade circulation industry. Supply chain finance can provide financing for small- and medium-sized enterprises in China’s trade circulation industry, but it will produce financing risks such as credit risks. It is necessary to analyze the causes of the risks in the supply chain finance of the trade circulation industry and measure these risks by establishing a credit risk assessment system. In this article, a supply chain financial risk early warning index system is established, including 4 first-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators. Then, on the basis of the supply chain financial risk early warning index system, combined with the method of convolution neural network, the supply chain financial risk early warning model of trade circulation industry is constructed, and the evaluation index is measured by the method of principal component analysis. Finally, the relevant data of trade circulation enterprises are selected to make an empirical analysis of the model. The conclusion shows that the supply chain financial risk early warning model and risk control measures established in this article have certain reference value for the commercial circulation industry to carry out supply chain finance. It also provides guidance for trade circulation enterprises to deal with supply chain financial risks effectively.

In view of the relevant teaching problems in the field of art and design, in order to study the teaching methods and contents of art design major from the perspective of the Internet economy, the evaluation indexes corresponding to the Internet are introduced into the partial least squares regression (PLS) path analysis model based on the relevant theoretical basis of the Internet. Through the method of model testing and relevant data analysis, the three-dimensional teaching method of art design is discussed, and the art design major is divided into five influencing factors, which are studied, respectively, according to the different influencing degrees. Finally, the model is verified by the experimental method, and the model is used to predict the three-dimensional teaching of art design from the perspective of Internet economy. The research shows that the overall proportion of economic strength remains between 70% and 90%, while the corresponding level of network design is relatively low. This study shows that the impact of economic strength research and related policies on the Internet economy is higher than the corresponding level of network design. Three-dimensional teaching occupies a dominant position in art design major. The proportion of network design and design frontier is relatively small, indicating that three-dimensional and information-based teaching can have a great impact on the art and design major from the perspective of the Internet. Different factors have different influences on art and design majors in Internet economy. The order of influence degree is innovation ability > design expression > design thinking. Based on the realization of Internet theory, this paper studies the three-dimensional teaching method of art design specialty, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application and research of Internet in other fields.

The intelligent development of society has brought new impetus to English teaching in universities, which has led education workers to update their education philosophy and realize the integration and innovation of teaching methods. This paper takes advantage of the Internet’s advantages in blended teaching as the entry point and constructs a blended learning model for English teaching. To verify the innovation and practicability of the model in teaching, the evaluation index system of the blended learning model of English teaching is constructed on the basis of the CIPP model, and the variance maximization idea is used to combine the weights of principal component analysis and entropy weights, which guarantees the scientificity and objectivity of the weights of the evaluation indexes. The blended learning model of teaching was quantitatively analyzed in terms of teaching objectives, programs, processes, and effects using examples. The results show that the blended learning model of English teaching is conducive to improving the level of English teaching in colleges and universities, and its overall evaluation score is 3.59, which is a good level. Each first-level index in the evaluation index system has a score range of 3.2 to 3.7, which is a good level overall. Under the background of the Internet, the introduction of blended teaching can effectively innovate English teaching, and on the basis of focusing on students’ learning behaviors, we should pay attention to the guiding role of teachers so as to boost the quality of English teaching.
