Sağlik Sektörünün Temel Aktörleri̇ Olan Hastanelerde Rekabet Strateji̇leri̇ni̇n Kali̇teye Etki̇si̇

Abstract: ÖzBu çalışmada Kahramanmaraş'ta faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel hastanelerinin rekabet stratejileri ile kalite düzeyleri arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Bir başka ifadeyle hastanelerde uygulanan farklılaştırma, maliyet liderliği veya odaklanma stratejilerinin hastanelerin kalitesi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir.
