Salvage Abdominoperineal Resection After Failure of Conservative Treatment in Anal Epidermoid Cancer

Abstract: Despite high incidence of perineal morbidity, salvage abdominoperineal resection for epidermoid carcinomas of the anal canal has a high long-term survival rate.
