“…Grafik fenolik total mikroalga Perbedaan hasil ekstrak air dan heksana sebanding dengan penelitian yang dilakukan (Hajimahmoodi et al, 2010) dimana hasil total fenolik pada Chlorella vulgaris memiliki nilai lebih tinggi pada ekstrak air (19.15±0.04 mg GAE/g) dibanding ekstrak heksana (0.02±0.001 mg GAE/g) (Hajimahmoodi et al, 2010). Nilai kandungan fenolik total yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini tergolong rendah, karena ada jenis mikroalga yang memiliki kandungan total fenolik diatas 100 mg GAE/g seperti pada mikroalga spesies Galdieria sulphuraria (Gürlek et al, 2019) memiliki kandungan fenolik total sebesar 312 mg GAE/g dengan ekstrak metanol. Penelitian tersebut menyatakan tingginya kandungan fenolik total pada mikroalga spesies Galdieria sulphuraria disebabkan oleh suhu yang digunakan untuk pertumbuhan Galdieria sulphuraria yaitu 30 o C lebih tinggi dari suhu ruang pada umumnya.…”
