Simulating In-Situ Leaching Process Using Comsol Multiphysics

Abstract: Abstract-The paper deals with simulation of in-situ uranium leaching technological process, collecting data for forecasting and leaching process control. It provides numerical simulation of uranium in-situ leaching (ISL) using Comsol Multiphysics software package application.Previous studies evaluated main hydrodynamic characteristics of wells and reservoirs, such as the coefficient of resistance and the saturation recovery; while this paper is concerned with determining the changes in process variables in the… Show more

“…Then, the dilute solution diffusion model is designed to visually reflect the lead ion leakage (Figure 2h,i) and the specific configuration is perovskite (with or without Di‐g modified layer)/PCBM/BCP/Ag/PDMS layered structure with microcrack. [ 12,31,32 ] Similarly, for the unmodified perovskite model, the lead ion in bulk solution presents a circular diffusion structure centered on the microcrack, which directly proves the existence and diffusion trend of lead leakage. In contrast, when there is a Di‐g modification interface between the perovskite and PCBM layers, ion diffusion is rapidly limited at the Di‐g layer, greatly reducing the lead content in bulk solution.…”
