Small Clauses: origins and state of affairs

Abstract: ABSTRACT:This paper presents (part of) the debate on what has been called Small Clauses (SC), discussing its origins and state of the art. In a nutshell, they refer to a subset of constructions that express a tenseless subject-predicate relation.
