The article considers the problem of readiness for interaction of university students in the educational process in the context of the implementation of an inclusive approach. The concept of inclusive interaction is specified, the criteria of readiness for inclusive interaction in the educational space are highlighted. Based on the data of the survey of students, their attitude to inclusive education, its ideas, prospects and development opportunities were revealed. The attitude towards manifestations of discrimination and negative stereotypes in relation to people with disabilities and disabilities have been studied. The role of education in the socialization of people with health disorders is assessed, the problems and contradictions of introducing the concept of inclusion into the educational system at the present stage from the point of view of students are identified. The views of students on possible problems of interaction and communication in the educational process with students with special needs, their attitudes and orientation to support and assist students with disabilities in overcoming potential difficulties in the educational process are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the high level of tolerance of students of the Baikal State University in relation to people with physical disabilities and mental characteristics, indicating a willingness to communicate and cooperate with them not only in the educational process, but also in the future in professional activities.
