This study aims to test models related to the influence of self-leadership, social relationships, and sports skill orientation on perceived physical health through sports participation. Data analysis was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method by determining content validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Inner Model, and Hypothesis testing. 1,351 volunteers participated in this study. They are from 18 regions in West Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study used survey techniques through google forms and circulated via WhatsApp social media. The results showed: 1) relationship has a significant effect on physical health perception (t-count> t-table) =13.437> 1.966. 2) Self-leadership has no significant effect on physical health perception (t-count < t-table) = 0.189 > 1.966. 3) Self Leadership has a significant effect on relationships (t-count> t-table) =20.598> 1.966. 4) Self Leadership has a significant effect on skill orientation (t-count> t-table) = 65.769> 1.966. 5) Skill Orientation has a significant effect on Physical Health Perception (t-count> t-table) =3.387> 1.966. 6) Skill Orientation has no significant effect on Relationship (t-count < t-table) =1.065 > 1.966. Thus, self-leadership does not directly influence physical health but affects social relationships and exercise skill orientation. These two variables directly affect people's perception of being physically healthy. The results of this study can be helpful for designing more effective strategies for improving perceptions of physical health through developing self-leadership, strengthening social relationships, and improving exercise skill orientation. The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to identify movements and produce recommendations for children who are predicted to be able to develop in badminton. Materials and methods. The kind of this research is research and development consisting of (1) the Preliminary study stage, (2) the Expert validation stage, (3) the Acceptance test stage, and (4) the benefit test stage. The validation stage is carried out by three experts with assessment indicators of suitability, accuracy, convenience, and practicality. The acceptance test phase was obtained from the application of the instrument to the participants. The benefits test stage was determined by a retest test to determine the reliability of the instrument. Participants in the product trial consisted of two groups, namely the male group with 17 participants and the female group with 17 participants. The age of the participants was 6-7 years old. They were elementary school students who were in grade 2. Statistical analysis used a test-retest. Results. The results show that the validation from badminton experts gives an assessment with a presentation of 97% in the very good category, the validation of talent identification experts is 98% in the very good category, and the validation from the coach is 97% in the very good category. For the acceptance test, 4 children (24%) in the first test were recommended, and 5 children (29%) in the second test were recommended. For girls, 2 children (12%) in the first test were recommended, and 3 children (18%) in the second test were recommended. For the reliability test, it was obtained 0.97 in the very strong category for boys and 0.91 in the very strong category for girls. Conclusions. This instrument has been proven valid and reliable and can provide recommendations. The existence of this instrument can facilitate sports teachers and badminton coaches in identifying children's movements.

Project Based Pancasila Economic Learning for Students of Elementary School

Pancasila economy is an economic system imposing a joint venture based on kinship and cooperation to symbolize Indonesian identity which is not possessed by another country. Besides, the Pancasila economy is the philosophical foundation and the 1945 constitution (UUD 45) is the constitutional foundation of Indonesia. This research aimed to describe how the implementation of Project-Based Pancasila Economic Learning through the Experiential Learning method. Project-based done, of course, adjusts to students who are still elementary school age. This research used an action research approach in Public Elementary School Blitar, Indonesia, the research subject was 70 elementary students. Data collection was conducted by interview, questionnaire, and Forum Grup Discussion (FGD). The research finding showed that the students were able to interpret that economic learning could be conducted outside the class. By experiential learning method, the students were expected to be more understand the purpose of Pancasila Economic learning. In addition, based on the learning mentioned, the students could understand and implement the form of Pancasila Economic, especially practicing the precepts in everyday life.
