The tourism sector is one of the people's economic potentials that needs to be developed in order to improve community welfare and regional development. Panjang Beach is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Bengkulu. One of the factors is that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to open up employment opportunities for the local community by becoming auxiliary workers and opening micro, small and medium businesses run by the community around the area. So there is management and many regional development programs on the grounds that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to produce economic benefits for the community. This research aims to analyze the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction in increasing people's income according to an Islamic economic perspective. The types of research used in this thesis are field research and library research . The methods used to collect data in this research are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to make a very big contribution as a place that is able to absorb labor as well as providing employment opportunities for the surrounding community in particular and based on data obtained both practically through observation and theory, it can be concluded it is said that the business activities that occur in the Panjang Beach tourist area of Bengkulu and those carried out by the community around the Panjang Beach tourist attraction are in accordance with the Ijarah principles. Qualitative research obtained from primary data sources by conducting direct observations at the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Medan office or the conclusion of research conducted in the field (Dayantri et al, 2023), conducting two-way interviews between the researcher and one of the employees in the marketing department, secondary data is complementary data used as a basic reference for theory, obtained through books, journal papers, studying and reading previous research related to the problem under study (Lumantow et al, 2022) The data collection technique uses SWOT and QSPM analysis to obtain some information from several participants (Batubara et al, 2022) related to improving Mitra Ekawarsa products plus personal accidents ABD 25 schools in Bumiputera 1912 Medan, . The cause of the decrease in the number of policies is due to a strategy to increase customer loyalty that is lacking in the company, where this strategy has a very big impact on increasing or decreasing the number of policies on the product chosen by each customer. Customer loyalty is a form of customer commitment to a product repeatedly and even permanently. Mitra Ekawarsa Personal Accident is a form of self-protection from risks that might occur. Qualitative research is obtained from primary data sources by conducting direct observations at companies, conducting interviews, secondary data is complementary data used as a basic reference for theory, obtained through jurnals, etc. The aim of this research is to find out how to increase loyalty to a Mitra Ekawarsa Plus Personal Accident product at the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Mean company using SWOT & QSPM analysis. The ST strategy in this research is making a strategy by applying the company's internal strengths so that it can avoid or minimize the consequences of several threats originating from foreign companies.The results of this stage show that increasing numbers of employees in the marketing department who are honest and responsible has the highest TAS score with a value of 4.905. Thus, increasing the number of employees in the marketing department who are honest and responsible is a recommended strategy that companies should implement in order to increase customer loyalty to the company.

This study aims to find out what are the economic potentials of Plasma plantations and the level of community welfare in Kungan Tompek Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. And the research data was analyzed using analytical techniques consisting of data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this study are that there are three economic potentials of plasma plantations: Increasing income, Creating jobs, and Reducing unemployment. The economic potential of plasma plantations has been able to improve the welfare of the members of the plasma plantation community. Except for one informant whose welfare has not increased, that can be seen from the informant's inability to fulfill one of the five criteria for community welfare and also has not been able to improve the welfare of his community when viewed from the criteria for guarding religion and protecting the soul.
