Strength-based parenting dan self-compassion pada mahasiswa

Abstract: Self-compassion diperlukan sebagai faktor proteksi terhadap stres dan depresi yang sering terjadi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Self-compassion adalah perasaan belas kasih yang ditujukan kepada diri sendiri terutama pada saat menghadapi kesulitan ataupun kegagalan.
