“…Therefore, it is assumed that the tartil method helps students to be able to read the Quran faster. This finding is consistent with that of the research by Arifin (2015), Hanafi et al (2019), Hasna (2019)and Ruslandi ( 2019), which states that instructional process is not inseparable from the role of the teacher and the method used, and mutual assistance between students in the course of the instructional process. When asked about the quality of their learning experience, more students perceived that the experience improved when the class performed in the online setting, compared to the traditional classroom learning.…”

“…There are some limitations to this study. The initial student performance (grade) in the face-to-face class and the online class were not at the same level and could cause bias in the results (Hanafi et al, 2019). The research also had insufficient data for students with an initial performance at a grade below 40; thus, the performance of students with very limited Quran-reading skills was not known.…”

“…Starting from this, the subject study's substance includes God, humans, morals, science and technology, harmony between religions, society, culture, politics, and law (Rambu-Rambu Kelompok Mata Kuliah Pengembangan Kepribadian Signs of Implementation of Personality Development Courses in Higher Education No.43, 2006). Islamic education learning more generally uses astudent approach as an educational subject in activities in the form of lectures and dialogues or teacher-centred (Hanafi, Murtadho, Hassan, Ikhsan, & Diyana, 2020 ;Hanafi, Murtadho, Ikhsan, Diyana, & Sultoni, 2019). All universities have 2-hour slots per week for core class-based learning (Zuhdi, 2018).…”
