The difficulties experienced by students in the learning process can be seen from internal factors and external factors. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be seen in the form of students' difficulties in the learning process, namely a lot of scientific language, less interesting material causing boredom and lack of enthusiasm, lack of focus making it difficult to concentrate. On external factors such as the teacher's teaching methods, lack of attention and motivation from the family, and student learning methods. The purpose of this study was to find out students's difficulties in learning biology. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling where the total number of students from 4 classes was taken as much as 25% of the total population, so that a sample of 31 students was used as a sample for all students.The instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a closed statement using a Likert scale and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis quantitatively in the form of percentages. Data analysis by using the percentage (%) of student answers. The result of studentlearning difficulties in biology subjects has high category, internal factors with high criteria and the average percentage of external factors with high criteria. It can be concluded that biggest internal factor causing learning difficulties in biology is the factor of fatigue and the biggest external factor is the family factor.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah poster digital multimodal materi sistem pernapasan manusia dalam melatih kemampuan literasi sains pada aspek pengetahuan sains peserta didik SMP dengan tujuan untuk menentukan validasi, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE, dengan lima tahapan, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh validitas sebesar 88,33% dengan kategori sangat valid, kepraktisan yang didapatkan sebesar dengan kategori sangat praktis 91,93%, dan keefektifan yang didapatkan sebesar 0,48 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat valid, sangat praktis, dan memiliki keefektifan sedang untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA materi sistem pernapasan manusia.

Cibuaya Beach is one of the beaches in Ujung Genteng Village that is used as a tourist destination because the beach is still very clean and natural. Cibuaya Beach has large beach sand grains and is dominated by mollusk shell fragments. The intertidal zone is the zone bounded by the tidal line and is the narrowest of the marine zones. The coastal ecosystem of Cibuaya Beach consists of coral reefs, seagrasses, and coastal vegetation. This study aims to determine the diversity of Bivalves in Cibuaya Beach Ujung Genteng. This research was conducted at Cibuaya Beach Ujung Genteng in March-April 2022. Determination of the research location using the belt transect method by purposive sampling at three stations namely rocky sand (station 1), seagrass (station 2), and coral reef (station 3). The results obtained were 148 individuals with 11 Bivalve species comprising six families. The value of the diversity index (H') ranged from 1.58-1.99 classified as medium. The value of the evenness index (E) ranges from 0.83-0.88 classified as high. The dominance index value (D) ranges from 0.18-0.24 which is low. The measurement results of abiotic parameters, namely temperature, pH, salinity, humidity, current speed, and light intensity show good values for marine bivalve life. Therefore, the Cibuaya Beach intertidal ecosystem is suitable for the life of the Bivalve class.
