Success of preventive approach to mandibular osteoradionecrosis in an adolescent: case report.

Abstract: Osteoradionecrosis (ORN) is defined as the presence of ulceration or necrosis of the mucosa with exposure of necrotic bone that does not heal within a 2-month period after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumours.
