Synthesis and Study of Catalysts of Cracking on the Basis of Heteropolyacids

Abstract: The work aim was the preparation of cracking catalysts on the base of the natural zeolite from the Shankanay field (Kazakhstan), modified with mineral acids, organic acids and heteropolyacids (HPA); the research of the catalysts by physicochemical methods of investigation. Accordingly to IR spectroscopic analysis during decationization and dealumination, the natural zeolite retains its crystalline structure. Presumably formation of a bond of HPA with zeolite proceeds at modifying the chosen zeolite by HPA. It … Show more

“…However, the bulk of all fractions is composed of aliphatic hydrocarbons with absorption bands characteristic of deformation vibrations of these molecules at 1,480-1,380 cm -1 and 980-700cm -1 . [29][30][31] Results of the X-ray phase analysis of the catalysts based on fly ash from TPP with the addition of the activated Taizhuzgen zeolite are presented in Table-4. On the optimal catalyst in the products of oxidative cracking of fuel oil, the fraction of light gas oil is the main part.…”

“…From the scientific literature, it is well known that acid-base characteristics of the catalysts are essential for the process of hydrocarbon processing [21][22][23][24][25] . Acid characteristics of the developed catalysts were investigated by the method of temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia (Table -2).…”

“…Acid characteristics of the developed catalysts were investigated by the method of temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia (Table -2). It is known that the activity of catalysts is associated with the surface structure, dispersion and state of the active centers 16,[24][25][26][27] . TEM study of the structure and state of the active centers of the synthesized catalysts was carried out.…”

“…The main obstacle to the processing of fuel oil in catalytic cracking (FCC) units is the increased coking ability of the raw materials and the high content of metals, mainly nickel and vanadium. The need to create low-cost technologies for the processing of heavy raw materials in the industry of Kazakhstan has increased the urgency of finding new methods and developing efficient catalytic systems based on local raw materials (Tashmukhambetova et al, 2017;Tulepov et al, 2019;Kairbekov et al, 2015). The word "cenosphere" is named on the basis of the Greek words "kenos" -"hollow" and "sphaera" -"sphere".…”
