Synthesis of New N-Hydroxyphenyl and Tolyl Derivatives of Pyrimidine-4(1h) –One With Anti-Inflammatory Activity

Abstract: Производные пиримидин-4-она по своей структуре сходны с эндогенными азотистыми основаниями. Это позволяет прогнозировать для них широкий спектр фармакологической активности. Соединения данного ряда проявляют нейротропную, иммунотропную, актопротекторную, гипотензивную, антигипоксическую, противовоспалительную и антиоксидантную активность.
