Malaria merupakan penyakit parasit di negara tropis disebabkan parasit malaria yang merupakan protozoa darah termasuk dalam genus plasmodium yang dibawa oleh nyamuk Anopheles. Diperkirakan 41% penduduk dunia bermukim di daerah risiko tinggi infeksi malaria terutama di negara tropis dan subtropis. Secara global, 3,2 miliar orang di 95 negara bertempat tinggal di wilayah yang berisiko penyakit malaria. Berdasarkan Annual Parasite Incidence (API) per provinsi tahun 2014, secara nasional kasus malaria selama tahun 2009-2014 cenderung menurun pada tahun 2009 angka Annual Parasite Incidence (API) sebesar 1,85 per 1000 penduduk menjadi 0,99 per 1000 penduduk pada tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 252.027 kasus malaria pada tahun 20148. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai potensi pemeriksaan tes diagnostic cepat Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) pada penderita Infeksi Malaria di Puskesmas Doom. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini bertempat di Puskesmas Doom dan akan dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2022. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang penderita infeksi malaria sebanyak 48 orang. Berdasarkan populasinya maka dapat diambil sampel sejumlah 43 orang berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sampel darah yang di yang ambil dari rumah rumah warga di ke pulaun dan dilakukan pemeriksaan asupan darah dan untuk mengecek kadar hemaglobin (Hb). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan, pemeriksaan tes diagnostic cepat Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) pada penderita Infeksi Malaria dengan menggunakan alat POCT (Point Of Care Testting) lebih cepat mengeluarkan hasil dengan durasi 5 menit dibandingkan dengan mengecek di laboratorium puskesmas. Responden malaria yang hemaglobin (Hb) rendah yaitu sebanyak 28 responden (65,0%) lebih tinggi dari pada responden yang malaria yang hemaglobin (Hb) normal yaitu sebanyak 15 responden (35,0%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penderita infeksi malaria yaitu sebanyak 28 responden (65,0%) karena disebabkan ketidakpatuhan dalam meminum obat serta tidak menjaga pola hidup dalam memelihara kondisi tubuh sehingga berdampak pada ganguan kadar hemaglobin (Hb) pada penderita infeksi malaria. Disarankan agar masyarakat lebih memeperhatikan pola hidup dan kepatuhan minum obat serta pihak puskesmas agar lebih aktif memantau dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di kepulauan wilayah kerja puskesmas doom.

The urgency of this research was identified from the ambitious new capital city (IKN) development project. This research aims to respond to this issue by studying the development plan. The method chosen is qualitative with a thematic analysis approach. The research data source comes from the official government website by searching official documents. The analysis tool that is maximized in data coding is Nvivo 12 Plus. This study mapped three critical themes in the IKN development plan, including the principles of development of the new capital city (IKN), the position and specificities of the new capital city (IKN), and the government's strategic efforts. In general, the IKN development theme focuses on an Indonesia-centric development orientation, development, and adaptation to the use of renewable technology and the clean technology industry for more environmentally friendly mobility and utilities, as well as accelerating the transformation of the Indonesian economy. This idea requires a government response by developing supporting infrastructure, including budget, governance, bureaucracy, and resources, and maintaining the social situation in development areas. This study is of academic interest because it provides insight into the principles and strategies underlying the development of Indonesia's new capital city (IKN), contributing to scientific discourse on sustainable development and government initiatives.

Objectives. Plasmodium vivax malaria treated with dihydroartemisinin-piperaquine (DHA-PPQ) plus primaquine (PQ) in Indonesia remains challenging. Plasmodium falciparum resistance to DHA-PPQ was documented in Asia and it is suspected that this will also be a concern for P. vivax malaria. Thus, it is needed to test the efficacy on P. vivax regularly. Methods. Aprospective observational study was conducted at North Labuhan Batu Regency (North Sumatera, Indonesia). The outcomes were clinical and parasitological efficacy of the 3-day DHA-PPQ plus PQ therapy and the prevalence of pvmdr1, pvk12, and pvpm4 molecular markers of chloroquine and DHA-PPQ resistance. Results. During the 6-months study period, 100 patients were included and four were lost to follow-up. Ninety-six patients were included in the per-protocol analysis. A residual parasitemia was observed for a total of 16 patients: 10 patients on day 7 (10.7%), one patient on day 21 (1.0 %), and five patients on day 28 (5.3%). None of the residual parasitemia based on microscopy was associated with fever or symptoms. None of the molecular markers of ACT resistance was detected among the samples tested. Conclusions. This study did not provide evidence of a decreased efficacy of DHA-PPQ plus PQ regimen against P. vivax, but it highlighted the need for active surveillance of ACT efficacy, as it may be a warning signal before clinical therapeutic failure. A decreased sensitivity of P. vivax in North Sumatera would be an essential threat for Indonesia on its path toward malaria elimination.
