Tacit Knowledge Transfer in Australian Universities: Exploring the Barriers and Enablers

Abstract: As organisational knowledge is greatly dependant on the tacit knowledge that its employees possess, it is important to pursue strategies that encourage sharing of employees' tacit knowledge.
