Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, kinerja pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pengawas sekolah dasar dalam supervisi manajerial pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial pengawas sekolah dasar di masa pandemi COVID-19 yaitu: (1) Langkah perencanaan, proses bimbingan dan pelatihan melalui kelompok kerja guru (kkg), pengawas sekolah memantau langsung di sekolah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, (2) Langkah pelaksanaan, pengawas sekolah mendampingi kepala sekolah dan guru pada pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dengan cara tatap muka di sekolah, (3) Langkah evaluasi, pengawas sekolah memberikan solusi dari ta yang dihadapi guru, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19 mengenai administrasi sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas supervisi manajerial pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yaitu, pengawas sekolah belum menguasai pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial secara online begitu juga dengan kepala sekolah dan guru
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: (1) the implementation of managerial supervision of elementary school supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, (2) the performance of elementary school supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, (3) factors -Factors hindering the effectiveness of elementary school supervisors in managerial supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang District. This study uses qualitative research with a case study method. The data in this study were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results obtained from implementing the managerial supervision of elementary school supervisors during the COVID-19 pandemic were: (1) Planning steps, guidance and training process through the teacher working group (kkg), school supervisors directly monitoring at school by implementing health protocols, (2) In the implementation step, the school supervisor accompanies the school principal and teachers in the implementation of face-to-face managerial supervision at school, (3) Evaluation step, the school supervisor provides solutions to the challenges faced by teachers, school principals and education staff during the COVID-19 pandemic regarding school administration. Factors hindering the effectiveness of managerial supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely, school supervisors have not mastered the implementation of online managerial supervision as well as school principals and teachers.
