The application of therapeutic exercises on fitballs for postural disorders in students

Abstract: Poor posture is a fairly common pathology that often occurs among students of higher educational institutions and negatively affects their physical and functional fitness. Upon entering a higher educational institution the physical activity of students decreases significantly, and it causes deterioration in health, reduces the level of physical and mental performance.
