During the Covid-19 outbreak, many ex-migrant nurses who had resigned and were living in Indonesia were unable to return to work. The objective of this study is to develop strategies for empowering ex-migrant nurses in the sustainable healthcare sector following the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. The Reflective Cycle Gibbs (RCB) model was employed during the research, which comprised six stages that began with a document review and PRISMA analysis. The PRISMA Analysis utilized Google search engines to filter documents from Google Scholar, Research Gate, and other sources. The RCB model examined 10 eligible journals and discovered records of nurses who returned to their home country due to inadequate pay, career development, workforce protection policy, and empowerment facilities. We concluded 4 problems encountered by returnee nurses i.e. lack of protection policy, poor wages, less career development, and lack of empowerment facilities.

The teaching of stunting for vocational midwifery education students is not yet standardized. Even though midwife graduates bear a big responsibility in participating in stunting prevention programs both at the local and national levels. This inequality can result in the unpreparedness of graduates of midwifery education in dealing with the problem of stunting. This research aims to develop a clear stunting teaching framework related to the distribution of cognitive and psychomotor content for midwifery vocational students. This study used the document review method. Data were collected from reputable journals for the last five years from Google Scholar, PubMed, Researchgate, and Semantic Scholar. Other official documents were filtered from Google Engine. Data processing used PRISMA analysis by applying 3 steps, namely, identification, screening for eligibility, and included. Inclusion criteria: stunting, midwifery students, and teaching cognitive and psychomotor domains, in English or Indonesian. The exclusion criteria were education other than midwives, and domains other than cognitive and psychomotor, documents other than English or Indonesian. Data analysis using PICOT to determine Population, Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, and Time. The results of the PICOT selection show that the teaching framework for stunting material includes 40% of the theory in class which contains: stunting theory, national health system, anthropometrics, health promotion, and communication and presentation skills. While teaching skills 60% include health assessment practices, communication and presentation skills, and anthropometric measurements. The psychomotor domain is carried out in the laboratory and field practice. The stunting teaching framework is outlined in local content materials in areas with high stunting prevalence rates. This study recommends that the stunting teaching module gives a clear emphasis on the cognitive domain of 40% and 60% psychomotor.

The employment social security administration or BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMW) still leaves problems in the number of participation and socialization. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of social security system for Indonesian nurses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research method was descriptive quantitative with a case study. The instrument used a CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, Products). There were 74 nurses as respondents and participated in the study. The indicators evaluated are membership, socialization, objectives program, benefit program and participation of the program. The results showed that 64.9% of respondents did not have BPJS membership (Context), 83.8% of respondents did not know the socialization of the BPJS program (Input), 66.2% of respondents did not know the purpose of the program and 60.8% of respondents did not know the benefits of the program (Process), while 86.5% of respondents were willing to participated in the BPJS program (Product). The conclusion of the study indicates the need for an evaluation of BPJS membership for Indonesian migrant workers, especially nurses in Saudi Arabia
