Abstract:Introduction. Therapy of infectious lesions is complicated due to the growing resistance of the main pathogens of pyoderma, especially S. aureus. A key component of the treatment of diseases with mild and moderate severity is the use of local antistaphylococcal drugs that can reach maximum doses in the focus of secondary infection, minimizing the side effects of antibiotics.
