The Effect of Adjustment Training Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy for Undergraduates on Their Adjustment to University

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy Based Adjustment Training on the adjustment level of undergraduates.
