The effect of hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymers on release profiles of diclofenac sodium from matrix tablets

Abstract: Objective:The current study aimed to develop a matrix type sustained release Diclofenac tablet, using hydrophilic hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and hydrophobic polymer cetyl alcohol (CA).
