The Effect of Organizational Culture and Working Environment on Employee Performance: Study on the Example of Printing Company

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to examine and analyze how the organizational culture influences on the performance of the employees of Banjarmasin Post Group, and find out how the work environment has influence on the performance of its employees.
