“…Das Temperaturoptimum für Erdbeeren liegt je nach Sorte zwischen 15 und 25°C (Hancock 1999). Untersuchungen bei 'Elsanta' zeigen, dass bei gekühlten Pflanzen die Blattmasse (Blattanzahl und Blattfläche) mit steigenden Temperaturen (15-28°C) im Zeitraum Austrieb bis Ernte abnahm, was zu einer verringerten Versorgung der Früchte mit Assimilaten und damit zu kleineren Früchten und geringerem Gesamtertrag führte (Le Mière et al 1998). Dagegen ermittelten Carlen et al (2009) im geschützten Anbau (Tunnel) für die Sorten 'Darselect' und 'Marmolada' ein Temperaturoptimum der Fotosynthese von 30°C und schlossen daraus, dass Erdbeerblätter an höhere Temperaturen angepasst sind.…”
