Abstract: The objective presented in this study was to evaluate the relationship between the dimensions of perceived risk (financial risk, performance risk-technology, performance risk-infrastructure, physical risk, time risk, social risk, and psychological risk) and consumer resistance towards generic drug in Malaysia.
