This study aims to describe the development, impact, and development factors of contextual learning based on school and family collaboration in inculcating characters with Serfisona content in students in Santa Melania Kindergarten. This research is icluded of development research or research and development (R&D). Sources of research data are principals, teachers, parents and students. Data collectionn techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the contextual model was carried out through a learning process collaboration between schools and parents combined with the use of guidebook media. The implementation of contextual strategies has an impact on improving the quality of learning, increasing students' appreciation of the character of Serfisona, especially discipline and responsibility. The implementation of contextual strategies is influenced by several factors, namely facilities and infrastructure, teacher academic competence and qualifications, teacher activity in teacher deliberation activities, and parental activity in inculcating character at home.

One of the characteristics of implementing an independent curriculum is student-centered learning. The term in the independent curriculum is closely related to the philosophy of Education Ki Hajar Dewantara, namely the curriculum that servitudes children. This philosophy starts from the learning objectives, planning, implementation, and assessment system as well as the evaluation of Learning in the Early Childhood Education environment is the responsibility of the teacher for the results of activities achieved by students. The teacher is tasked with measuring whether students have achieved proper development from 5 (five) aspects of basic skills, including religious and moral, cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical motor also child growth, including weight, height, head circumference, and upper arm circumference. The initial assessment aims to uncover and recognize the characteristics of learners, identifying learners' competencies, strengths, and weaknesses. The results are used by educators as a reference to plan a learning process according to learning needs. This research shows that the initial management of 'School Mover' and 'Non-School Mover' requires management in its implementation and it is integrated part of the learning process in realizing the Pancasila Student Profiles.

The evaluation explored how the Pangandaran local government played a key role in the implementation and development of the programme, and its impact on students' character development. Data analysis from interviews conducted with the regent, MUI chairperson, school principal, religion teacher, students, ajengan aimed to understand the policy and integration of character education values into the school curriculum. This programme is very interesting because it involves ajengan or religious leaders in the learning process, providing a spiritual and moral dimension to education. This research provides insights into the strategies and challenges in running the AMS programme, as well as its contribution to character education in the school environment. The results provide a valuable understanding of the dynamics and effectiveness of local government-initiated character education programmes.
