Background: Golden age period is the time when the child's brain develops very rapidly and is the fastest in absorbing all information. The golden age period is vital or very important in a cycle. This activity aims to educate cadres as a partner of midwives to monitor the golden age period of growth and development. Methods: This activity was held at the Hall of Puskesmas Sulamadaha, starting with a pre-test, followed by the distribution of booklets to 30 cadres from 6 posyandu, an explanation related to the use of booklets about the role of cadres in the golden age period, discussions and questions and answers, then ended with the provision of post-tests. Results: The pre-test of health cadres showed that 2 people (6,7%) have poor knowledge, 22 people (73.3%) have moderate knowledge, and 6 people (20.0%) have good knowledge. Post-test of health cadres showed that 6 people (20.0%) have moderate knowledge and 24 (80.0%) have good knowledge. So, the knowledge of cadres increases after using this media. Conclusion: It is recommended that cadres can carry out and apply and continue to increase knowledge about the role in the golden age period using the booklets that have been distributed.
