The Influence of Heat Treatment on the Infrared Absorption Spectra of Zn3P2

Abstract: Absorption spectra for heat-treated Zn,P, crystals are measured within the 0.06 to 1.56 eV energy range a t temperatures of 300 and 80 K. Multiphonon absorption in the range of 0.06 to 0.11 eV and impurity absorption for energies higher than 0.11 eV is observed.
