This paper discusses the building of a low-cost CNC router machine. In designing a CNC machine using an electrical actuator as the driving force, we use a nema 23 stepper motor combined with a pitch 2 mm timing belt to drive the machine on the x and y axes. On the z-axis, we use a stepper motor and a linear screw to drive the machine. This machine is often used to cut and engrave wood, acrylic, and PCB objects. The design drawing that has been made on the PC is sent to the microcontroller using serial communication, then the CNC performs work on the thing according to the coordinates. The spindle will create a pattern on the thing automatically according to the design drawing. Measurement was made using a caliper with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. This CNC machine is performing duly as ordered by the mach3 micro controller. The machine test results show an accuracy value of 99.85% on the x-axis, 99.74% on the y-axis, and 99.12% on the z-axis.

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership implemented in vocational schools on the culture of innovation. The study expanded the empirical overview on vocational school principals' role in implementing educational innovation to improve the culture of innovation. The quantitative research method was used as the background of the study that can be developed for further research. Linear regression was implemented as the technique of data analysis. The data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaire. The research uses primary data and simple secondary information from random sampling as the technic of research examples. The respondents as the source of the research are 50 vocational school principals in Bekasi. The result showed that, partially, leadership and educational innovation positively and significantly affect the culture of innovation.

Vocational education is one of the educational institutions that has a high concern for producing graduates with superior competence and competitiveness. The variety of competencies needed in the business and industrial world (DUDI) makes institutions such as vocational and vocational schools have to always innovate in order to be able to provide competences that are truly aligned with DUDI needs. One of them is through the application of innovative learning models which are expected to bring effects and changes to the learning climate. This research is to analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Project Based Learning in Vocational Education, and to identify the understanding of some Educators of PjBL both conceptually and practically. This research is included in the type of qualitative research, and will take a sample of 6 (six) teaching staff in vocational schools, with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Research finding data will be analyzed interactively and described to provide an overview of actual field events. Research results prove that project-based learning can run optimally due to the support of all school members, and commitment from teachers in learning activities. Students are also seen to be very active and skilled in completing a given project. Through the application of project-based learning, it is hoped that students can learn actual competencies or skills. It is hoped that through the results of this research, educators and vocational schools can use the project-based learning model (PjBL) as a learning model that is still relevant to the current curriculum implementation.
