The Moderating Role of Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior in Relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Job Satisfaction among Working Mother

Abstract: Based on previous research and survey, women (especially mothers) generally have lower job satisfaction than men (especially fathers). We suspect work-family conflict to be the main cause of this phenomenon.
