The modern teacher character: genuineness and fakenessThe article answers the main question: how can a modern teacher in the era of information society and significant technological development, access to an insane amount of information, preserve and reveal authenticity, and achieve significant success through self-realization and self-fulfillment in the educational and scientific activities. The figures of three teachers are revealed: real, ordinary, and fake. It is shown which of them produces ideas, implements innovations, understands the real value of pedagogical activity, and has concrete work results that students (cadets) want to see in the audience.A real teacher stands out from the crowd. The real teacher thinks and works differently, the person is motivated for success, has personal responsibility for the effectiveness of the educational and scientific activities (as from his side and from the student' side), realizes his aspirations in it, inspires others, and achieves the goal again. His/her personality is a source of inspiration, ideas, dreams, and goals for others, because the real teacher contains both modernity, efficiency, curiosity, and demand.The real teacher activity is characterized by action, originality, creation and transfer of unique knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to scientific work. The students (cadets) needs for him are higher than his/ her own so the real teacher is permanently in creative search. Unique knowledge creation and achieving systematic goals requires daily work that brings satisfaction, joy, and happiness. The real teacher works according to his/her vocation, developing the state intellectual potential. The best PR for him/ her is a real result, which is why his/her training sessions and speeches remain in the memory of the students and his/her work is used by others. The real teacher reflects success, professionalism, leadership, self-sufficiency, and life fullness through a professional activity.
