The relationship between learning orientation and new product development capability

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to analyze the mediating effect of new product development capability on the relationship between learning orientation and financial performance. The research was applied in SMEs that belong to the Personal Hygiene and Cosmetic Industry in Brazil.
