The role of nutrition in the prevention and therapy of selected skin diseases

Abstract: Nowadays it is known that many dermatological diseases are associated with a poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle. Some nutrients can exacerbate the disease, while others aid in their treatment. The aim of the study was to present the current state of knowledge on the influence of nutrients on the course of skin diseases such as acne, atopic dermatitis and urticaria.
