50 ml, 100 ml) aufgefiillt. Nach gutem Durchmischen wurde die Extunktion der Mischung bei 412 nm gegen eine Blindlosung gemessen (E= 18620Ymolxcm). Die Blindlosung wurde aus 5ml Methylenchlorid durch Auffiillen auf 25 ml(50 rnl, 100 ml) mit der gleichen BTB-Butylscopolaminbromid-Lsung wie im Hauptversuch hergestellt. Bei d e n Operationen ist darauf zu achten, dal3 Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme und Verdunstungsverluste rnoglichst gering gehalten werden. Bestimmung von Amin-HydrochloridenVon einer Amin-Hydrochlond-Lsung (4wO mgA) in Methylenchlorid wurde eine ausreichende Menge mit gelbem Quecksilber(I1)-oxid (etwa 5 mg/100ml) kraftig geschiittelt. Nach 30-40 min ruhigen Stehens wurden 5ml abpipettiert und wie oben weiterbehandelt. Auch hier wurde in derselben Weise abet mit reinem Methylenchlorid an Stelle der Amin-Hydrochlorid-Lsung die Blindprobe mit den gleichen Reagentien hergestellt.Es wird ein Syntheseplan fiir die Synthese des Phaeantharins vorgeschlagen. Der fiir diese Synthese erforderliche 4' ,5-Dibrommethyl-2-methoxydiphenylether (5) wurde in 3 Stufen, ausgehend von 4-Brombenzaldehyd (1) und 3-Hydroxy-4-rnethoxybenzaldehyd (Z), iiber den Diformyldiphenylether 3 und das Diol4 in einer Gesamtausbeute von 46 % synthetisiert. On the Synthesis of Phaeantharine, I: Plan of the Synthesis of Phaeanthhe and Synthesis of the Unit A: 4',5-Bls(brornomethyl)-Z-methoxydiphenyl EtherA plan for the synthesis of phaeantharine is proposed. The 4',5-bis(bromornethyl)-2-methoxydiphenyl ether (5), required for this approach, was prepared in three steps from 4-bromobenzaldehyde (1) and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde (2) via the diformyldiphenyl ether 3 and the diol4with a total yield of 46 %.
