The Urgency of Paralegal Position in Law Enforcement in Indonesia Through the Provision of Legal Aid

Abstract: Legal aid distribution at the moment does not yet reach the whole Indonesian people because existing limitations for the implementation of the law so that paralegal is required to increase the range of legal aid.
