The pandemic COVID -19 causing the teaching style in higher education to change. This research aims to This study aims to investigate learners ' Digital Literacy (DL) knowledge in an applied computer course and how to improve assessment for learning (AfL). The sampling in research was 74 sample, student of studying Bachelor degree of Science in Food Technology. Mahidol University Kanchanauri Campus. Register course: Computer program applications. Statistics used for this research, frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used to analyse the data. which was the general information such as gender, the Operating System (OS) Dependent Variable, which was DL level (Access, Analyse, Create and Evaluate). The result show that multiple regression analysis with squared multiple correlations (R2) = 90.8%. It can be said that when the data of all 4 variables (creating, evaluating, analyse, accessing) were used to predict the learners ' learning level in relation to DL.

The purpose of this article is to empirically assess the qualitative parameters of the effectiveness of human capital for business digitalization in Ukraine. Using a survey of 500 business representatives in Ukraine and the Fibonacci rule, and taking into account the digital business transformation level, the qualitative levels of human capital efficiency have been classified. Also, using the method of principal components, the system of factors of human capital's effectiveness for the intensification of digitalization has been empirically substantiated. An empirical model for assessing the quantitative levels of human capital effectiveness in the context of digital business transformation has been developed using integral assessment. The potential for the development of business digitalization based on the factors' actual values has been determined. The results obtained can become the basis to improve the quality of human capital for the successful introduction of modern digital technologies into the country's business processes.

Резюме. У статті розглянуто новий програмно-апаратний комплекс для визначення втоми людини, який забезпечує високу точність і гнучкість проведення діагностичної операції. Цей комплекс характеризується зручністю та простотою у використанні, має можливість дистан-ційно змінювати частотно-імпульсні та кольоро-світлові характеристики і складається з простої електронної бази компонентів. Мета. Створення програмно-апаратної системи для визначення функціонального стану та втоми людини. Методи. Аналіз науково-методичної літератури, тестування. Результати. Залучення технології мікроконтролера з бездротовим ін-терфейсом дозволяє значно спростити компонентну базу електронної частини розробленого комплексу та розширити функціональність інструменту для діагностики втоми людини. Вико-ристання мобільних смарт-інструментів сприяє впровадженню методу дистанційного управ-ління та плавності регулювання ключових параметрів діагностичного процесу. Встановлено, що вимірювання точності зросло на 67 % порівняно з попередньою моделлю. Пропоноване програмне забезпечення робить цю процедуру доступною та простою для більшості опера-торів діагностики. Комплекс для визначення зорової втоми людини протестовано і рекомен-довано для промислового впровадження. Заявлене технічне рішення може бути використане в галузі безпеки життєдіяльності, виробничої санітарії, зокрема в системі визначення рівня втоми програмістів, операторів персональних комп’ютерів, диспансерного спостереження за станом зору школярів, студентів, спортсменів.Ключові слова: програмно-апаратний комплекс, електронно-компонентна основа, програм-ний продукт, частота пульсацій, мерехтiння.
