Theoretical Approaches to Evaluation of Meta-Subject ‘Noncognitive Skills’

Abstract: The paper presents formulation of the problem of evaluation of meta-subject and 'noncognitive' skills in view of increasing requirements to their development at all levels of education in Russia.
