Abstract: The thermal decomposition kinetics of entacapone (ENT) have been investigated via thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) under non-isothermal and isothermal conditions which provide useful stability information for their processing in the pharmaceutical industry and also for predicting shelf life and suitable storage conditions.
