Abstract:Developmental-genetic properties of thoracic abnormalities are described intumorous-head (tuh-1; tuh-3) Drosophila melanogaster. Approximately 7% of females from an unselected strain have abnormal thoracic appendages (primarily metathoracic) ranging from missing to duplicated.
