Timing of inhaled tobramycin affects assessment of intravenous tobramycin pharmacokinetic monitoring

Abstract: Trough tobramycin concentrations were significantly influenced in some CF patients (45%), suggesting that timing of the inhaled dose should be considered when interpreting PK measures of IV tobramycin dosing.
