Abstract: Telah dilakukan penelitian pengolahan mie telur kering dengan penambahan surimi ikan layang sebesar I0%, 2O%, 30%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan daging ikan terhadap tingkat penerimaan produk.
