“…The sample of the study consisted of 253 teachers determined by simple random sampling method. In order to collect data, Personal Information Protocol developed by the researcher, Toxic Leadership Scale developed by Çelebi, Güner and Yıldız (2015) and Alienation Scale developed by Elma (2003) were used. In order to solve the sub-problems, the arithmetic mean values of the items in each subscale were determined and a score was calculated for that factor.…”
