The present study has been conducted at Collectorate and Shankar Nagar of Raipur city for a period of one year i.e., from April 2016 -March 2017 as well as at NIT and Science College Campus of Raipur city for a period of another one year i.e., from April 2017 -March 2018. The average mass concentration measurements from April 2016 -March 2017 of SO 2 at Shankar Nagar were found to be 28.0±11 µg/m 3 while for NO 2 it was 23.0±14 µg/m 3 . At Collectorate, for SO 2 and NO 2 , the yearly average mass concentration was found to be 28.7±11 µg/m 3 and 23.1±15 µg/m 3 , respectively. Also, the yearly average mass concentration measurements from April 2017 -March 2018 of SO 2 at Science College Campus was found as 17.8±7 µg/m 3 while for NO 2 it was 15.5±3 µg/m 3 . At NIT, for SO 2 and NO 2 , the yearly average mass concentration was found to be 17.1±7 µg/m 3 and 14.5±3 µg/m 3 respectively. These average values are well within the NAAQS standards (50 µg/m 3 for SO 2 and 40 µg/m 3 for NO 2 ). The concentrations were higher in winters suggesting that industrial activities are one of the causes of the increase in the mass concentration of gaseous pollutants.

With a fascinating complexity, governed by multiple physiological processes, the skin is considered a mantle with protective functions which during lifetime are frequently impaired, triggering dermatologic disorders. As one of the most prevalent dermatologic conditions worldwide, characterized by a complex pathogenesis and a high recurrence, acne can affect the patient’s quality of life. Smart topical vehicles represent a good option in the treatment of a versatile skin condition. By surpassing the stratum corneum known for diffusional resistance, a superior topical bioavailability can be obtained at the affected place. In this direction, the literature study presents microemulsions as a part of a condensed group of modern formulations. Microemulsions are appreciated for their superior profile in matters of drug delivery, especially for challenging substances with hydrophilic or lipophilic structures. Formulated as transparent and thermodynamically stable systems, using simplified methods of preparation, microemulsions have a simple and clear appearance. Their unique structures can be explained as a function of the formulation parameters which were found to be the mainstay of a targeted therapy.

Transferosomes creating a new development in delivering a drug through skin. In oral, parenteral drug delivery system shows poor patient compliance are the major complication in clinical practice. Well, Transdermal route has obtained an appreciable interest in pharmaceutical research. Transferosomes consist of both hydrophobic, hydrophilic moieties together results, the drug molecule with wide range of solubility and possess flexible Nano-vesicles formulation comprise of lipid and surfactant. It offers a versatile delivery concept for improving stability, potential for active compound. Major advantages in transferosomes are: avoidance of first pass metabolism, improve patient compliance, improve bioavailability, painless, and reduce frequency of administration. They can pretence as a carrier towards low and additionally high molecular drugs. Skin cancer occurs due to abnormal growth of skin cells it is a common diseases found in white skin. They are possible to alter their membrane flexibility as transitions approach the skin pores and spontaneously migrate through the skin. This is the so-called deformability, self-optimizing. In general, transferosome are widely deformable consequently, even very small pores are easily crossed. Current study shows that transferosomes are drug mover system that can penetrate beyond undamaged with skin stratum corneum and epidermis expands osmotic gradient foremost to penetrate the transferosome beyond the skin. Over the past few years in research has proven that Transferosomes are the fast developing one in clinical studies.
