Transglutaminase 3: The Involvement in Epithelial Differentiation and Cancer

Abstract: Transglutaminases (TGMs) contribute to the formation of rigid, insoluble macromolecular complexes, which are essential for the epidermis and hair follicles to perform protective and barrier functions against the environment.
